WARRANTY POLICY

The Aspects of Warranty includes :

1. Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged.

2. All transactions are subject to Chennai City Jurisdiction only.

3. Tyres and tubes will be replaced on pro-data basis against manufacturing defect.

4.  Cheques subject to realisation.

5. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects by the concerned company.

6. Any repair / patch on the tyre / tube nullifies the manufacturer’s guarantee.

7. Subject to the conditions of sale printed on the reverse of the invoice issued by the manufacturer.

8. Claims will be settled by the MRF’s only as per their conditions.

9. Tube bulging is not a defect.

10. As a seller / dealer / commission agent of the product, we are not otherwise liable for any loss or damages whether direct, indirect, speak incidental and consequential regardless of the legal theory asserted including negligence warranty or strict liability.

11. There is no guarantee for any cuts on the tyre after driving.

12. The Warranty of the tyre is against the bulging of the tyre.

13. The tyre would be sent to the company if there is any defect in the tyre and it would take 7-10 days for the engineers to take a decision.

14. The Warranty of the tyre stands void if there is any cut from inside or outside the tyre.

15. The Warranty of the tube stands void if the tyre/tube gets punctured.

16. The Warranty of the tube is of the nozzle or if it opens up from the joint and the too stands void if it gets punctured or gets used up.

17. The claim for the tyre and tube will be given after it gets passed by the company and would be according to the wear-tear of the tyre. The claim would not be in cash.

18. It is necessary to have the bill of the tyre/tube to claim the warranty.

19. There is no warranty against the leakage of the rim.

20. Rest Company itself reserves all the rights of warranty and policies.
